The Department of Government Services is seeking responses from suitably qualified providers for the delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for employees and their immediate family members, servicing the departments of Government Services (DGS), Treasury & Finance (DTF) and Premier & Cabinet (DPC).
The services include confidential counselling, coaching, crisis and critical incident support, specialist wellbeing services, management support, workplace interventions, Family Assistance, Money assistance, Legal assistance, nutritional and lifestyle assistance, parental support and training programs, delivered through face-to-face, telephone and virtual channels across DGS, DTF and DGS' workforce locations.
