Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the installation of a new nature playground at Curtin Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of the existing court, full site preparation, and the construction of a new nature play area, including custom timber play structures, bridges, sensory elements, sand and water play features, and associated footings and foundations. The project also includes the installation of new rubber soft-fall surfacing, stone and paved surfaces, landscaping and irrigation works, and the supply and installation of an inclusive wheelchair-accessible carousel as part of the overall playground upgrade.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 20 Goss Ave,, Manning on 7 Apr, 2026 10:30 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Curtin Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 20 Goss Ave, Manning WA 6152.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
