Tender Description
The request seeks to engage an experienced supplier who has the capability to operate as a managed service provider, supporting the coordinated provision and management of a holistic workforce to achieve business design, program and project outcomes to support the implementation of the Australian Government’s Ageing and Aged Care initiatives, for the Choice and Transparency Branch in the Quality and Assurance Division (Department of Health, Disability and Ageing).
The scope of the work package for the Choice and Transparency includes, but is not limited to:
- delivering ICT project management, design and reporting
- supporting the ICT build lifecycle including release planning and scoping
- business requirement writing, including change requests, high level business requirements and detailed business requirements
- developing high-level functional designs, including iterative solution design and assurance for features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- supporting ICT integration/re-integration with other systems such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission) and Aged Care Gateway
- providing ICT testing support, including user acceptance testing and integration testing, undertaking business verification testing
- delivering data and information management activities, including establishing governance practices, data standards and metadata, supporting information security and privacy requirements and mapping information flows across systems
- providing defect resolution including warranty support, and ongoing bug resolution support
- undertaking incident management and backlog management
- providing business intelligence, data modelling and analysis
- supporting transition to business-as-usual ICT operations after a period of significant reform
- enabling knowledge transfer and governance activities.
