Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Classroom Upgrades at West Balcatta Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to Classroom upgrades including new split system air conditioner and operable walls as detailed in PROMSA26047 - Annexure 1 – Scope & Specification.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 215 Cedric St, Balcatta on 1 April 2026 2:30 PM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at West Balcatta Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 215 Cedric St, Balcatta WA 6021.
