Position Overview
The Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care (DoHDAC) is seeking an experienced Security Analyst to support the Cyber Governance, Risk and Assurance section within the Cyber Security and Assurance Branch.
The section is responsible for applying information security principles across departmental devices, networks, applications and digital data. It provides risk, accreditation and policy advice to ensure people, information and assets are protected in accordance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).
The Security Analyst will contribute to core cyber governance, risk and assurance functions that underpin secure ICT operations and support the department’s strategic uplift activities.
- Role Experience Level: SFIA Level 6
- Location Preference: Location Position is preferably based in Canberra, ACT. Strong candidates in other locations may be considered; however, travel to Canberra may be required.
