Design & Implementation of City of Perth's Information Management Solutions

⁠⁠⁠As a result of a Functional Review, the City of Perth has initiated a transformational Records and Information Management (RIM) Program. This program aims to significantly uplift information management services and empower an accountable City by delivering a user-centric and efficient record-keeping solution while maintaining compliance requirements. Key outcomes of this transformational project include streamlining information management processes and upgrading the technology suite.

The City of Perth is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to recommend products and professional services to support the design, build and implementation of Phase 2 of the City's transformation of its Records and Information Management Program.

The Tenderer is required to support the City's RIM Program by optimising the configuration of Content Manager (CM) and delivering effective interoperability with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, leveraging existing platform capabilities

For this purpose, the City is seeking tenders from organisations to submit their offers in accordance with the requirement of this RFT.

A non-mandatory briefing to Tenderers will be conducted at Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace Perth WA or via teams meeting as detailed in this RFT. Date Tuesday 31 March 2026 from 09:00 to 10:00 AWST.
