Internal Audit Services

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of CT8103 Provision of Internal Audit Services (‘the Services’).

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with Council having the sole option to extend the Contract by either a) an additional two (2) periods of one (1) year each or b) by one (1) period of two (2) years, resulting in a maximum contract term of five (5) years.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

Council intends to select one (1) tenderer for the whole of the Service.

Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the eTenderBox will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
