Expression of Interest - Refurbishment Contractor Panel 2026

The University of Melbourne is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified, experienced, and financially capable construction contractors to establish a Refurbishment Contractor Panel comprising a pre-qualified pool of contractors capable of delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and building-services upgrade projects across the University's metropolitan campuses.

This Invitation represents Stage 1: Expression of Interest of a two-stage procurement process:

Stage 1 : EOI: Assessment of capability, capacity, compliance, and alignment with university objectives.

Stage 2 : Request for Proposal (RFP): Select shortlist of respondents invited to tender for inclusion on the final Panel.

The EOI period will close on 2 PM (AEST)10 April 2026.
