Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The ACCC is seeking to engage three or more suppliers to provide intermittent and ongoing Security Services as required

To maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, the ACCC has a requirement to engage one or more vendors to provide Security Services, including penetration tests comprising:

Testing one, or a combination, of components of the ACCC’s Azure cloud infrastructure, databases, network devices, portal and websites
Development of a penetration test plan (in conjunction with the ACCC IT teams) including documented rules of engagement.
Execution of the agreed plan
Report detailing the test results and associated recommendations.
Present the report and detailed recommendations to ACCC stakeholders

The ACCC requires that all external staff engaged to perform these functions have a current NV1 or higher security clearance.
