Tender Description
WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified service providers to deliver Respiratory Digital Health services across Perth South, Perth North and Country WA.
Services are to be delivered to Western Australian residents aged 18 or over with a respiratory disease who need help managing their healthcare needs and improving self-management skills.
