Tender Description
The scope of this procurement covers the full delivery of road upgrade works along Diamond Gully Road, including site management, mobilisation, traffic and construction management planning, and all required permits.
The contractor will undertake survey set-out, site preparation, vegetation removal, earthworks, underground service installation, pavement removal, subgrade preparation and full road pavement construction. Works also include stormwater drainage installation, asphalt and spray sealing, signage and line marking, protection of existing utilities, construction of a shared footpath with TGSI, fencing and handrailing, as well as installation of public lighting. The contractor is responsible for reinstating all disturbed areas and ensuring safe, compliant delivery of all components of the project.
