Bridges Condition Audit 2025 Brief

Council seeks to engage a contractor to undertake revaluation, data verification and condition audit of its bridge/culvert structures. The data collected will be required in a format that enables Council to import the collected data into Council’s asset management system, Assetic.

The selected contractor will use Council’s current available bridge/culvert data to verify and develop comprehensive condition assessment records that can be imported directly into the asset register. The asset condition assessment data will form the foundation of prioritising maintenance and assist with the planning of future capital works programs.
