Overview
Campaspe Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for a new accessible lift system at the Shire Headquarters in Echuca.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design of a complete external lift system serving Ground Floor and Level One of the Shire of Campaspe Headquarters building
- Engineering of the lift system
- Supply of the lift system
- Construction of a new external shaft structure to house the lift
- Installation of the lift system
- Testing of the completed lift system
- Commissioning of the completed lift system
- Certification of the completed lift system
- Incorporation of diagonal entry and exit points to align with existing circulation paths, both externally and internally
Contractor Requirements
- Proven ability as a full Design and Construct contractor to undertake all aspects of the project
- Demonstrated experience delivering similar projects
