1 Program Executive Director

Role/s: EL2 Executive Director

The EL2 Executive Director – Outcomes and Effectiveness is an important team leadership position within the NDIA and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide- ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. It will provide the leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned Contractors working within the positions assigned Work Area.

The position will apply a significant understanding of the functions to provide high level of advice to senior management, Executive Leadership Team and NDIA Board. It is responsible for influencing and developing strategy, policies, priorities and operational practices in support of the NDIA’s objectives to “build a world- leading National Disability Insurance Scheme”.

The EL2 Executive Director – Outcomes and Effectiveness will exercise a significant degree of independence and will use a high-level of decision-making and judgement. It will coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex or sensitive projects and work program outcomes across the functions that have strategic or operational significance to the NDIA.
