Program Context
The Prioritise Veterans' Wellness and Treatment Program is a key initiative delivering enhanced capability to support the health and wellbeing of veterans and their families. The program focuses on modernising services through evidence-based therapies, rehabilitation pathways, and treatment models that improve outcomes and reduce long-term impairment.
The program is a critical component of DVA’s broader transformation agenda, requiring coordinated change across policy, systems, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Position Overview
The Change Manager leads the design and delivery of change management strategies to enable successful implementation of program outcomes across DVA and the veteran ecosystem.
The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for ensuring that DVA staff, service providers, and the veteran community are prepared for, engaged in, and supported through significant service and behavioural change.
