MZF2 (MBSC 2028) Recontracting – ZEB Operations and Service Delivery Advisor

ZEB Operations and Service Delivery advisory service is required to provide bespoke operations and service delivery advice. This will include the development of specifications during pre-procurement and procurement phases of the project in relation to operational and service delivery impact and support in the evaluation of the 2028 Metropolitan Bus Services Contracts (2028 MBSC) which represents approximately 40% of Melbourne's metropolitan bus network, and implementation of Victoria's Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) transition plan.

DTP seeks suitably qualified and experienced respondents who can advise on 2028 MBSCs procurement process and design in particular specifications for ZEB operations and service delivery, interfaces with commercial framework in relation to ZEB operations performance and targets, procurement documentation design and drafting, market engagement, models available for ZEB operation, procurement evaluation, interactive workshops and collaborate with other advisors and stakeholders.
