This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Clean Energy Regulator (CER) is seeking multiple experienced Solution Architects to work as a part of an enabling function within our SAFe agile environment and are responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business requirements and align with the CER technology strategy. They work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other architects to ensure that solutions are well-integrated and deliver value to the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Develop and maintain architectural designs, diagrams, and documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to enhance the solution architecture.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with security, regulatory, and performance requirements.
- Participate in architectural reviews and governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing solutions based on feedback and performance metrics
Personnel requirements
Solution Architects will have several years of demonstrable experience working in:
- A software/solution architecture role involving the development of comprehensive architectural documentation and designs
- A scaled agile delivery framework
Solution architects will possess:
- Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, standards and architectural patterns, with a particular focus on the Microsoft/Azure technology stack.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design frameworks and diagrams.
- Relevant tertiary and/or professional certifications.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
