Provision of Road and Footpath Reinstatements for CHW

Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced contractors to appoint a provider[s] for the provision of Road and Footpath Reinstatements within the CHW service area. within the CHW service area and compliance with safety and environmental laws.

The Contract will be a schedule of rates contract and will be subject to annual price adjustment for rise and fall in prices.

The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year term with provision for a further two (2) year extension at CHWs discretion.
