Coastside Drive Recreation Reserve Master Plan

The City of Greater Geelong (the City) invites Tenders to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Architect (Lead Consultant) for the provision of design services for the Coastside Drive Recreation Reserve Masterplan Implementation Project.

The successful tenderer will be the Lead Consultant and be responsible for the cost and management of all sub-consultants which make up the Design Team.

A summary of the key components of the Project are listed below and detailed further in the attached appendices. Tender documents.

Project scope outlined within the Coastside Drive Masterplan includes:

• Toddler, junior and teen district level play space.
• Car-parking including traffic amendments and access to adjacent road(s).
• Sports fields designed to Football Victoria and Cricket Australia development guidelines.
• Multi-purpose pavilion with social rooms, change rooms and public toilets.
• New substation & power supply to the site.
• Stormwater infrastructure and management plan (SMP), including hydraulic and hydrologic assessments.
• Building and sporting infrastructure service requirements and upgrades.
• Integrated shared pathway and nature walk running through the entire reserve as per landscape master plan.
• General landscaping and planting in line with the landscape master plan.
• Provision within the site for future cricket nets.
