Gravel to Seal - Coral and McNeill Street, Ararat

The Ararat Rural City Council is tendering for the reconstruction of 443 Lineal metres of Coral Road and McNeill Street, Ararat.

This project consists of the construction kerb & channel, footpath, drainage, pavement works, sealing and all associated works on Coral Road and McNeil Street.

The contractor is responsible for the construction of kerb & channel, footpath, drainage, pavement works, sealing and all associated works in accordance with this scope of works and supporting documentation, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.

The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
