Residential Land Development, Cairns Campus

JCU invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as Principal Lead Consultant for the planning, coordination and delivery of statutory approvals to enable the redevelopment of land located within the JCU Cairns Campus. The subject site is a total area of approximately 8.225ha and a developable area of approximately 7.09ha.

The subject land comprises an irregularly shaped parcel and is situated adjacent to the Captain Cook Highway. The site is currently undeveloped and is constrained by a range of physical, environmental and servicing interfaces, including road reserves, overhead electrical easements, future transport corridor reservations, drainage infrastructure and potential land dedication requirements.
