Tender Description
Construction of new single storey STEM Building with a total floor area of around 1600m2 and associated civil carpark and landscape works;
Registered Commercial Building Practitioners are invited to forward an EOI for the above project.
EOI to include evidence of Technical & Managerial resources, experience in construction of educational projects up to $15.0mil, referees, workload capacity, QA, IR and OH&S safety record and past performance.
EOI closes at 2pm on 27th February 2026 via email.
