City of Melbourne (CoM) currently operates a diverse hybrid environment consisting of on‑premises systems, private cloud platforms, public cloud solutions, and an expanding portfolio of SaaS applications.
CoM requires an Integration Strategy that defines the future state, clarifies investment pathways, and establishes the principles, standards, and roadmap necessary to build a modern, scalable integration ecosystem.
