Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Head Contractor to deliver the Bluewater Leasure Centre Electrification Project. The Project will replace all existing gas infrastructure at the facility with electric infrastructure and disconnect the facility from the natural gas network.
The facility is Council’s largest single greenhouse gas emitter so full electrification will reduce Council’s overall greenhouse gas emissions by 25% and eliminate the facilities’ emissions as Council purchases 100% renewably sourced electricity.
