Classroom Upgrades Osborne Primary School

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Classroom Upgrades at Osborne Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Removal and disposal of 5 existing gas heaters, including making safe and capping of services
• Conversion of existing bricked-up fireplace recess to storage shelving, including supply and installation of timber shelving and framing to suit the existing opening.
• Supply and application of paint to all rooms
• Cleaning of site, removal and disposal of any waste on site
• Temporary fencing to skip bin (if skip is required), and external works throughout construction phase

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 155 Albert Street, Osborne Park on 13 February 2026 7:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Osborne Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 155 Albert St, Osborne Park, WA 6017.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
