2022 Flood Recovery CE-0007 Betterment Projects

The main objectives of the Project are to:

• Construct all work to the required standards within the timeframe specified in Section 4.
• Upgrade the local pavement section at each floodway to a condition-level-rating of 0 and be resilient to future flood events.

Site location

The location of work is at one or more of the following sites:

1. Davis Road Patho, (3 floodways only, scope does not include upgrading the gravel road to seal)
2. Pascoe St Rochester,
3. Anderson Road Echuca,
4. Peter McEvoy Rd Cornella and,
5. MacGregor Road Nanneella

All works are to be completed to achieve compliance with relevant Australian Standards, Regulations and Codes of Practice including OH&S requirements.

As-constructed drawings are to be provided to Council in both CAD (DWG) format and PDF format clearly representing any differences between the completed works and the issued “For Construction” design drawings and in a GIS READY FORM in accordance with the current versions of D-SPEC and R-SPEC. All non-drawing documents shall be submitted in soft format once approved (MS Excel/Word)

Dilapidation survey of the roadway including any pits, pipes and driveways, roads and other surrounding assets shall be undertaken prior to the commencement of any on-site work.
