SH1 and SH87 Mosgiel Optimisation Improvements Investment Case - PS

This is a Professional Services contract to develop an investment case following the decision led approach to inform investment in the State highway network in Mosgiel to optimise efficiency.

The Contract will include:

• Mosgiel microsimulation model update to reflect updated mode share, work from home and known land use change.

• Investment case which determines the preferred option for optimisation improvements at and between key intersections (SH1 offramp to SH87/Haggart Alexander Drive intersection and SH1 Riccarton Road intersection).

• Determination of potential feasible long-term solutions, identification of the emerging preferred option and determination of triggers for when investment may be required.

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to eTender box in two separate files (pdf format plus EXCEL spreadsheet Schedule of Prices).

The file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled:

• Supplier Company Name - File No 1 – 11308 Proposal excluding Price

• Supplier Company Name - File No 2 - 11308 Price
