Project goals

Design and Construct Package – Bandon Road Upgrade and Extension (BRUE) Sections 3 and 4

The Bandon Road Corridor is part of the North West Growth Centre Road Network Strategy, supporting residential, employment and infrastructure growth across Riverstone, Marsden Park North, Riverstone West and Vineyard Precincts. The full 6.5km corridor connects Richmond Road at Marsden Park to Windsor Road at Vineyard, creating an additional east-west link that will ease congestion within Riverstone town centre and enhance overall accessibility across the North West Growth Area (NWGA).

Sections 3 and 4 of the upgrade focus on delivering critical improvements between Riverstone West Spine Road and Windsor Road.
