Warrnambool Works Package and Merindah Lodge

⁠⁠⁠South West Healthcare seeks Expression of Interest from registered builders to deliver two projects in the current financial year (FY 2025-26). Respondents may express an interest in one or both projects.

PROJECT 1 is a program of work focused on internal refurbishment works to areas of the Warrnambool Base Hospital, including:

1. Community Mental Health Centre

2. Health Information Services

3. Hospital Basement Store

3. Off-site office building

PROJECT 2 centres on internal refurbishment works to the former residential aged care facility at SWH's Camperdown Hospital campus (Merindah Lodge) to create a new Community Mental Health Centre.
