Tender Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake gutter replacement works at the below nine (9) DOHW nominated sites:

  • Lot 200, 1/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 2/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 3/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 4/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 5/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 6/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 7/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 8/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530
  • Lot 200, 9/217 Lester Avenue, Geraldton WA 6530

The Work includes but is not limited to:

  • Carpentry – Remove all existing gutters and down pipes
  • Electrical – Disconnect and reconnect fittings and/ or services
  • Plumbing – Disconnect and reconnect fittings and/or services, replace all gutters and down pipes
  • Painting – Barge boards to be painted to match new sheeting
  • Cleaning – Roof cavity to be cleaned out

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 217 Lester Avenue,, Geraldton on 30 Jan, 2026 10:00 AM.
