This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The key requirements for delivery under the project are as follows:
- Jira Administration - Set up and maintain projects, boards, workflows and permissions.
- Sprint Planning & Management - Plan and run sprint planning sessions, daily check-ins, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Backlog Management - Work alongside the Product Owner to prioritise and allocate tasks, develop user stories, provide clarity and develop acceptance criteria.
- Reporting - Provide simple and streamlined weekly status updates and maintain visibility for stakeholders.
- Documentation - Maintain a Confluence space with guides, templates, notes, and decision logs.
- Risk & Dependency Tracking - Keep a risk register and map dependencies to mitigate high roadblocks.
The following outlines the key measures of success for the project:
- Task backlog is clear, prioritised, and progresses predictably through sprints.
- Team meetings are focused, consistent, and result in actionable outcomes.
- Stakeholders receive timely, concise updates.
- Risks and dependencies are identified early and managed accordingly.
- Market modelling and analytics team is ready for Release 1 March 2026.
- Project artefacts and critical documentation are delivered post release, and the project is closed effectively.
