Heights Park Upgrade (Stage 1)

Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Heights Park Upgrade (Stage 1), which involves removing the existing playground and constructing a new accessible playground on the northern side of the park, with associated landscaping and site works.

This project will provide positive outcomes for the community by improving recreational access, creating safe and engaging spaces for all ages, and enhancing the overall park experience. By protecting existing vegetation, it supports local and Indigenous flora and fauna, contributing to biodiversity conservation and ecological resilience. All works must comply with CHMP requirements, Council and Department of Education land constraints.

Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.
