Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake playground replacement at Thornlie Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of 3 separate playgrounds. Year 1-2 Playground upgrade, removing existing equipment and supply structure. Year 3-4 Playground, remove existing equipment and supply structure. Year 5-6 Playground, remove fitness track equipment and supply and install new stand-alone play equipment, with rubber soft fall and whitewashed sand soft fall.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 86 Thornlie Ave, Thornlie on 28 Jan, 2026 11:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Thornlie Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 86 Thornlie Ave, Thornlie Western Australia 6108.
