Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Clean Energy Regulator (CER) is seeking an experienced Product Owner. Product Owners advocate for prioritisation of the backlog in accordance with business and technology strategy, liaising with business representatives and scheme participants. Product Owners enable the Scrum Team to deliver customer centric solutions and manage competing business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with scheme business representatives and scheme participants to understand and develop customer centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business and Scrum Teams to deliver customer centric value. The Product Owner manages the Scrum Teams product backlog, supports the architectural runway, guides the story creation and acceptance.
  • Stakeholder engagement to collect continuous feedback to refine the Agile Release Train (ART) objectives to deliver evolving solution designs and ensure releases consider user impacts.
  • Contribute user feedback in aligning to the Change Program vision and developing product roadmaps. The Product Owner represents the end user, understands the market, educates the Agile Release Train (ART) and assists with the prioritisation of work.
  • Develop product roadmaps articulating how products will be delivered and matured and support epic refinement.

Personnel requirements

Product Owners should have the following experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the Digital Service Standard
  • Relevant qualification in Product Ownership or related Agile/SAFe certifications

Drive product engagement, including consultation with Change Program stakeholders and related activities, to define current and future product enhancement to meet customer needs and maximise return on investment.
