Consultancy Provision of Professional Services (Environmental Engineering)

PURPOSE: Participating Councils in the Hunter & Orana Regions are seeking suitably qualified & experienced professionals to provide consulting services in the areas of Water Resources Engineering, Waste Management Engineering, Air Quality Engineering, Geoenvironmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture & Design as well as Heritage Conservation & Planning (Environmental Engineering) for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with a provision for 2 x 12 month extension options.

• Walgett Shire
• Warren Shire
• Coonamble Shire

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 10 February 2026.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
