Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for alterations and improvements to the Port of Sale Café in Sale. The works include closing off the backofhouse area and constructing a new frontofhouse layout, including an allabilities serving counter.
The date for practical completion is 27 May 2026.
All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from the e-tendering website.
All tender submission must be lodged electronically through the eProcure portal no later than 2 pm Friday, 13 February 2026. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
