Tender Description
This Contract will provide Council with preparatory works for the annual bituminous resealing program and other major patching as required.
The Contractors shall supply all materials, plant, equipment and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to complete the works as set out in the Schedule of Rates.
The Panel of Suppliers will be engaged through a schedule of rates contract for a period of two (2) years with three (3) one year options to extend (2+1+1+1) at Council’s discretion.
