Upper Ferntree Gully Fire Station - Alterations & Additions

⁠⁠⁠To seek tenders from suitable building contractors to construct alterations and additions to the Upper Ferntree Gully Fire Station. Proposed works consist of:

•  Extension of turnout room 2 with change cubicle, BA wash, accessible toilet with shower & ambulant toilet to the south of existing building.
•  Alterations of existing to accommodate new turnout room 1, office, store, new entry, and comms alcove
•  and associated site works (including new retaining wall along the northern boundary
