Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking services from a suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractor for Contract 3013 Design and Construct Toilet Facility as part of the Jeff Pezzutti Park Activity Space construction.
The Principal requires the Contractor to develop the detailed design, based on the concept provided, through preliminary design to detailed For Construction (IFC) issue documentation, obtain building approval and then undertake all required construction works
