Cairns Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking services for suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for Contract 3086 as part of the delivery of the Cairns Community and Multicultural Centre in White Rock.
The Multicultural Centre will form part of Councils network of community spaces and fulfil a broader regional role, by providing fit-for-purpose and culturally appropriate spaces to allow people to gather, share, learn, celebrate, access programs and services. The facility provides carparking, outdoor BBQ/gathering area, hireable event spaces including meeting rooms, multipurpose halls and commercial kitchen and will be leased and operated by a third party.
