Airlie Beach Lagoon (ABL) Plant Room Equipment Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified aquatic services Contractor to undertake upgrade works for the plant room and hydraulic asset defects identified at the Airlie Beach Lagoon Plant Room (ABL), (Works).

The Principal has recently had a condition assessment and asset report carried out on the assets at the ABL, by an independent qualified aquatic plant professional, refer to Appendix A – Airlie Beach Lagoon Asset Report October 2025. This asset report has the full and complete list of required upgrade works to be completed.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held Monday, 19th January 2026 12.00pm (AEST), the location of the meeting is Airlie Beach Lagoon Plant Room, Shute Harbour Rd, Airlie Beach QLD 4802.

N.B. PPE is a requirement to attend this site, at a minimum Hi-Vis long-sleeved shirt, full length pants, steel cap boots and eye protection, it is also recommended to wear sun protection.
