The City of Mandurah is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations to provide a Demographic and Economic Dataset Tool.
Scope
- Provision of a Demographic and Economic Dataset Online Tool for the City of Mandurah
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract period: Three (3) years plus the implementation period, commencing on the date of execution by both parties (Start Date) and expiring three years from the date of Go Live (End Date)
- Extension options: The City reserves the right to two (2) extensions to the period of the Contract
- First extension: Two (2) years from the End Date of the initial term
- Second extension: Two (2) years from the End Date of the first extension
- Maximum total contract period: Seven (7) years
- All extensions of the Contract are exercisable solely at the absolute discretion of the City
