To seek tenders from suitable building contractors to construct alterations and additions to the Elmore Fire Station.
Scope includes:
- Extension of 3 bay motor room with 2no. 4mx4m roller doors and the 3rd bay for parking of ultralight vehicle with 2.6mx3m roller door
- Turnout room with 2no. change cubicles
- BA wash
- New door to kitchen with ramp
- Refurbishment of amenities and associated site work
