TechnologyOne Options and ERP Strategy

The Department’s current ERP environment includes TechnologyOne, Expense8, Aurion, Accendre (for HireRoads and eLearning), and Planning Analytics (TM1), and BluePrism for robotic process automation. Considering the forthcoming TechnologyOne contract expiry in August 2026 and need to review the Departments ERP technology stack a specialist is required to develop an ERP procurement options brief, support the management of any resultant ERP procurement processes, initially and then support and advise on development of an ERP strategy.

The Department of Industry, Science and Resources is seeking submissions from Sellers to undertake the following deliverables:

1. Develop ERP application options through an executive brief in response to the expiry of the TechnologyOne contract in August 2026.
2. Support the management of any resulting ERP procurement process to ensure continuity of services.
3. Progress the ERP strategy, subject to project timelines and resource availability.
