Tender Description
The Department of Government Services (DGS) has released this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of electric vehicle supply equipment and related services under a State Purchase Contract (SPC) arrangement. This SPC supports approximately 280 Government departments, agencies and entities to procure and maintain charging stations for the purpose of re-powering their fleet of electric vehicles.
The outcome of this tender will be a supplier panel under the State’s new EV Charging Infrastructure and Associated Services SPC.
This RFT relates to the provision of the following Services and/or Deliverables to State Purchasing Entities:
1. Access to electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure equipment and related services, including:
- Consultation and Solution Design
- Hardware, Installation and Commissioning
- Service and Maintenance
- Decommissioning
- Charging Management Platform (CMP)
- Charging as a Service
2. Additional requirements as set out in Part B - Specifications
The State seeks the participation of, and responses from, eligible entities who can provide the Services and/or Deliverables.
