Preventing Stormwater Damage – Narrabundah playing fields Retarding Basin & Ancillary works – Superintendence, Surveillance, Contract Administration

Scope of services (in accordance with the standard Construction Related Consultancy Agreement between the Territory and the Consultant) to be provided by the Consultant will include but is not limited to:

- Superintendence of works;

- Site surveillance;

- Contract administrative services as relevant to construction superintendence; and

- Other relevant duties as requested by the Territory, relevant to the progression of the project and any associated reporting requirements, including attendance at project progress meetings.

The Consultant is required to allocate personnel with the relevant experience to provide superintendency, site surveillance, and contract administration services under an NCW4 form of contract.
