The U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Australia is seeking quotations on behalf of the U.S. Consulate General Perth for design and construction services for an office refurbishment, involving workplace refurbishment and furniture reconfiguration.
Scope
The scope includes:

- Construction services for the workplace refurbishment
- Furniture reconfiguration
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
The Consulate will hold a Pre-quotation Conference at the site, and all offerors are encouraged to attend.

All offerors must register their details to attend and receive the site visit location by emailing perthprocurement@state.gov to confirm interest by Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, at 4:00pm AWST.
Instructions to Tenderers
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. The intention is to award a contract or purchase order based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if required.

All prospective offerors are encouraged to register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7: https://www.sam.gov
