Lease of Cafes at GESAC and Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool

Proposals from local Cafe providers interested in providing Café services at GESAC and CMSP which are both owned and operated by Council. GESAC: 1.8 million visits per annum. Re-opened in Jan 2025 visits to CMSP (to Sept 2025) have been 400,000. Both Centres offer considerable internal/external opportunities to organisations based out of the centres. Council seeks to enter into two separate leases with a single tenant, in respect of each existing café premise located within the Centres, under which the tenant will manage and operate the café businesses for members and guests of the Centres.
