City of Melton is inviting expressions of interest from prospective tenants and operators for the café space located within the Cobblebank Community Hub at 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank.

About

Council is delivering the Cobblebank Community Hub (the CCH) at 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank, with a total floor area of 10,000 square metres, intended to deliver a range of community and health services. The CCH includes a dedicated café space on the ground floor.

Purpose

This Expression of Interest is to assist Council in identifying suitable occupants for a tenant and operator of the café space.
