Tender Description
Isaac Regional Council (IRC) requires a suitable Contractor to undertake the construction of the Saraji Road Pavement Rehabilitation & Widening between Chainages 32000 – 33100.
The project is a joint state and local government initiative funded under the Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme.
In addition to conforming tenders, Tenderer’s are encouraged to submit alternative tenders that can deliver cost savings for the project noting Council has preliminary design for a circa 5 km section of Saraji Rd.
An alternative MRS03 and MRS16 with ‘over & above’ items for traffic management and site facilities has been included for pricing. An optional addition for sealing the batters 500mm wide LHS and 500mm wide RHS with ‘over & above; items for traffic management implementation and site facilities has been included for pricing.
An optional site meeting will occur over teams (tenderers will be issued an NTT early next week)
